“Olive Oil is like a kiss, you must share it to enjoy it”.
This idea was the birth of the Buss Olive Oil story. Founder Serge Buss, felt the urge to share the beauty of this ingredient from the Andalusian Family Reserve with a broader public.
Born in Belgium, Serge is an entrepreneur with 25 years of experience as chef and owner of famous catering concepts and beverage brands. Food creation with a special focus on innovation in flavour combinations, is definitely in the genes. He relies on this talent and expertise to produce the best Mediterranean diet: Olive oil.
Buss’s production of olive oil stands out from prevalent trends because of its innovative use of unique tastes, a real Buss N°1 Olive Oil signature.
At the core of this all, is a belief in sustainability and the immeasurable value of our health. Therefore Serge decided to forego disposable packaging and instead relies on reusable collector’s bottles to pack all authentic and high quality olive ingredients.
The olive oil is harvested and bottled at source at the Andalusian region. The olive trees of the family reserve are located in the Southern region of Spain, alongside the Mediterranean Sea, where the olives go beyond a simple agricultural product to being a key ingredient in the life, culture and cuisine of the region. The balanced aroma in this EVOO is due to the single varietal or 100% Picual olive variety used in this extraordinary olive oil.
Our olive oil is made from cold-pressing olives to extract their natural oils. We never use high heat or solvents and press within 24h after harvesting only the best quality olives ensuring you to get the finest unrefined and unfiltered FARM FRESH Mediterranean olive oil.
