Article 1: General provisions
The online web shop of Buss Olive Oil (Plan-B International BVBA) is located at Vogelzangstraat 50B in 2560 in Nijlen in Belgium and VAT N °: BE 0881.457.509 offers its customers the option to purchase olive oil online. We ship within 48 hours and deliver to your desired address as soon as possible. These conditions apply to all articles from the range and every purchase that the customer places at Buss Olive Oil. The customer accepts that these terms and conditions will be the only ones that apply, to the exclusion of his own general or specific (purchase) terms and conditions, even if they stipulate that they are the only ones that apply. The consumer has the right to inform Buss Olive Oil that he is renouncing the purchase and this within a week after purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason after ordering a particular product. The shipping costs associated with this; both shipping and return costs are in this case borne by the customer.
Sales are exclusively made to private individuals, natural persons.
Article 2: Price
All prices quoted are always inclusive of VAT and all other mandatory taxes to be borne by the customer. If transport, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The indication of price only refers to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photo is intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements or items that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the catalog and website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is nevertheless possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. If you have specific questions about, for example, sizes, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request that you contact our customer service in advance (see article 12). Buss Olive Oil is what the accuracy, updating, or completeness of the information provided is merely bound to an obligation of means. Buss Olive Oil is in no way liable in the event of material errors, typesetting or printing errors. The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by Buss Olive Oil. Buss Olive Oil is entitled - without stating reasons - to refuse orders, to adjust the delivery times, to split the deliveries, or to attach other conditions to the delivery.
Article 4: Online purchases
The customer has the option to purchase the items from the Buss Spirits range online. The purchase is made when the customer receives a confirmation email from Buss Olive Oil. The items are delivered to the customer's home at the address indicated in the confirmation email. The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

Article 5: Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Buss Olive Oil until full payment has been made by the customer.
Spirits. However, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer from delivery. The customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of the retention of title of Buss Spirits, for example to anyone who would seize articles that have not yet been fully paid for.
Article 6: Penalties for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights over which Buss
Olive Oil disposes of, in the event of non-payment or late payment, from the date of the default, the customer is owed an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount without notice. In addition, the customer is legally obliged to pay a fixed compensation of 10% on the amount concerned, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buss Olive Oil reserves the right to take back items that have not been paid (in full).
Article 7: Complaints
Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported immediately, under penalty of forfeiture of any right. The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform for consumers, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
Article 8: Warranty
a. Legal warranty (only for consumers)
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. Each item is subject to the legal warranty from the date of purchase by (where applicable delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights
